A second look at the Greens - Globe and Mail

I'm still wishing the NDP and Greens could work out some way to avoid vote splitting, the Greens at 7% are in a position to take away a couple of seats that might not have gone to the big two parties. If this is the last election without proportional representation I'll be a happy voter. Unfortunately we don't have it yet..

Probably not voting Green but their Rank A Plank, thumbs up, thumbs down dealie is keen.

I plan on voting green this year. I would make a strategic vote for NDP if I thought they were closer to getting some decent representation, but they don't appear to be near that in the polls.

Any idea if there is going to be some green party promotion going on here in Freddy Beach? I think they should hand out stickers or buttons at the bars on Saturday, try to inspire all the policitally disenchanted people my age.

I liked the candidate info on the Globe and Mail site. I'd like to vote NDP, but the NDP candidate running in my riding has no bio information! Search on the web, nothing except some obscure mention that she has no chance of winning and most likely the Liberal candidate will win his seat back. Ah, decisions. . . .
