Inconsiderate jerks

The Piss off of the day!
The company is planning a picnic for the whole company!
They are going to provide food and beverage!
However when asked if a vegertarian option would be available I was told I would have to bring it.

This ticks me off tremendouly! I am currently in a bad mood as a result. They have sucessfully left out myself and all the other vergetarians on staff (there are several) How is this a picnic for the company!!!!!!!!!!!!

*imagine steam coming out of my ears* I truely hate the inconsideration of people who can't imagine anything beyond there own lifestyle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am if you missed it upset! But Hey Al I might just do the shoreline thing instead!
Will you be needing a ride?

Plazes is cool

That's it, I'm getting in on the ground floor on this one. Plazes is a really cool website that adds location awareness to your online presence.

The best part about it is that it gives you an interactive guide to all the open wireless networks in your town. Just for that it's a great site to keep around. The way it works is that if you are signed in to it and you find an open WiFi network, Plazes will let you give a little description of it, add a Flickr photo associated with the location and leave your name as the person who 'discovered' it. You get points for discovering more locations, which is the motivator for people to go find new networks.

The other part of it is that you can see who is online and where on the various local public networks. So if I wanted to chase down Cyn I could pop onto Plazes and see if she's at Timothy's coffee shop or the Queen St. Commons or if she's gone home already.

If you discover a location and just type in the street address it will put in the geographical location on a map, including teh lattitude and longitude that it calculates automatically.

Here is part of its list of available WiFi spots in Charlottetown: Link.
