Sony unveils colour 'iPod killer' | The Register: "The ¥53,000 ($465) player sports a 2.2in, 320 _ 256 26,000-colour LCD and can download photography from a digital camera ... Like Sony's other digital music players, the Pocket will only play songs encoded in the company's own ATRAC 3 format."
I don't know about anyone else, but having a screen to look at pictures from your digital camera that is exactly the same size as the screen on your digital camera isn't going to take the market by storm. Also, the interface looks like a mess, and not supporting mp3 == teh st00pid.
